Drawing and Stress management

Drawing really helps in Stress management!

Would you be believe that drawing is one of the best ways to reduce the level of stress? My answer will be " Of course yes!". Isn't that surprising?
There is evidence that involving ourselves in activities like art, creative writing can help you physically and mentally. It helps you come out of depression.
Drawing is a way to bring out our emotions and feelings we have on someone or something.
"When you draw, your hand-eye gets a good coordination and harmonises your brain". It gives a better link to your body and brain.
Many people avoid doing sketches thinking that they can't do well. But, drawing is all about your creativity and imagination and it has nothing to do with your perfectionism. You will learn slowly and gain opportunity to improve your skills.
When things are whirling in your head, drawing can act as a good therapy which helps you clear your mind and accept the reality. So, you can choose a good decision for your problem.
'You don't need a mantra! Just a Paper and a pencil is more than enough'
That's it! Enter into your world of fantasy. Give life to your dreams through your art. Appreciate everything you do and stay super cool!
